Why does sadness happen ?

Jagadguru Ramanandacharya Swami Shriramnareshacharya ji

Why is so much suffering in the world? One day I was going to a village in Bihar. People of different nature, different ages, shapes and stages were there. Those people had spread a variety of discussions, but there was no solution for those discussions. Someone was asking why people are not accepting the parents, They were talking about corruption also. There were one or another curiosity in every man's mind, but solution was not being done by that group of people. From seeing, It seemed that people are curious, there is a desire to know. It is written in the scriptures that curiosity occurs only when there is a doubt and when its meaning is proved. There is nobody in the world without curiosity. Everyone has some meaning and doubts too. So the discussion was going on, why people are getting corrupt, why limitations are being lost. The people asked me to say something on this. I said that you are discussing well, but this discussion should have a solution somewhere, it is not happening.
I said, look, I am trying to convince you from a business example. Everyone in the business has to get help from someone else. Not all people do big business with their own capital or money. There is a large percentage of people, who start a business with a loan from the bank or others. Some people start a business by taking loans from friends and relatives. The man who takes the money and does not return it, His credibility begins to end in the market.
People are hesitant to give loans to him. People will call him a thief or a wrong person. The man will be out of the market. It is a matter of common world, so I believe that all the dis-arrangements or dislikes are all because we are not paying the loans from where we have taken. We have the debt of the Gods, who give us air, give water, give the sky, give the earth, but we forget.
When a man is born, he is born with three loans. Paternal debt, sage debt and DEV debt. Every person is born as debtor. Those born in the families of Tata-Birla will also be born with these three loans. Rich or poor, everyone will need oxygen, light and water. After taking birth we receive rituals, We get wisdom, these all are debt given by sages or Rishis. At their time they had traditionally received the rituals and wisdom from The God. Now It is debt, our ancestors have given us. With all these people we move forward with debt and do not pay these loans in the same way, like borrowed from the market, but have not paid. The one who does not pay the debt, he will never prosper, he will never succeed, he will never be calm. We all should strive to repay these loans. Due to not repaying these loans, there are all the chaos in the world. There are all the problems.
Everyone was very happy and said that this need to be propagated. Who will not pay the parent’s debt ? Who will not pay the nation's debt ? If We walk on the roads of the nation, but do not accept the nation or the government, how it will go on ? Who does not believe in God, how it will go on ? The original father is the same. All the people of the world need to associate with the tradition that there should be a feeling of gratitude towards where you have got strength for your development.
What you got from the Rishis, What you took from the deities, what you received from the ancestors, it all must be considered.
In the scriptures it has been said to perform five Yajna, the Rishi Yajna, Dev Yagya, Pitra Yagna, Bhoot Yajna, Manushya Yajna. Feeding cows, feeding birds, serving poor, attending visitors and food to the guests is necessary. The person who does these Five Yajna or deeds in his life, is happy and is saved from all suffering.
